Simplicity is Beautiful
Ever taught kids below age 10 before? How was the experience like?
Let's reason a bit! (Smiles) Not funny, I suppose. Kids are interesting anyway!
Ever felt like throwing them off a cliff, then you remembered that you'd surely have your own kids someday? Hahaha!
Well, some of the things teaching kids will drive into you are simplicity and patience. You never can tell how good a teacher you are until you have taught kids.
Until you are able to communicate what you know in simple terms, you haven't really understood it yourself.
A good teacher or leader in anything must be dexterous in passage of information, and in doing so, simplicity is actually beautiful.
The master of anything at all is the master of basics. It's not so difficult to be simple, it only takes intentionality.
Simplicity can be learnt.
It's good you get all the knowledge you can on a certain subject, learn all the theories there are to know...
...but in all your getting; ensure to have good guides, and you'd be glad you did. Some things are better caught in proximity and interaction.
I celebrate every basic teacher on subjects out there. The world would be less beautiful without you!

This is lovely.
